  • Yes. FACEPROOF is Privacy Act compliant and follows Australian privacy and identity laws and standards. Key points:

    • All data is encrypted and stored on secure Australian servers.

    • ID documents are deleted shortly after verification.

    • We do not share or sell your personal data to third parties.

    • We retain only verification status and logs (no personal or sensitive information) for a limited retention period (e.g., one year) to support law enforcement obligations, audits and dispute resolution.
