1. Agreement to Terms

7. Contribution License

  • You retain ownership of your Contributions but grant FACEPROOF PTY LTD a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, store, process, display, and distribute your Contributions for operational purposes.

  • You agree to indemnify FACEPROOF PTY LTD from claims arising from your Contributions.

8. Submissions

  • Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted to FACEPROOF (“Submissions”) become the property of FACEPROOF PTY LTD.

  • FACEPROOF may use Submissions for any lawful purpose without compensation.

FACEPROOF® Privacy Policy

TL;DR
We strive to make searches as private and confidential as possible. Uploaded images are not indexed and are deleted after 24 hours, together with cached search results. FACEPROOF® does not log IP addresses. We do not use third-party visitor tracking cookies such as Google Analytics.

  • FACEPROOF®’s AI is designed not to process or store children’s images.

  • No data is used for advertising or third-party profiling.

  • The Site uses minimal cookies to maintain functionality.

  • No third-party analytics or tracking cookies are used.

  • Cookies are used only for improving your access and experience on the Site.
