IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF USE, YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
1. Agreement to Terms

You retain ownership of your Contributions but grant FACEPROOF PTY LTD a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, store, process, display, and distribute your Contributions for operational purposes.
You agree to indemnify FACEPROOF PTY LTD from claims arising from your Contributions.
8. Submissions
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted to FACEPROOF (“Submissions”) become the property of FACEPROOF PTY LTD.
FACEPROOF may use Submissions for any lawful purpose without compensation.

FACEPROOF® Privacy Policy
TL;DR
We strive to make searches as private and confidential as possible. Uploaded images are not indexed and are deleted after 24 hours, together with cached search results. FACEPROOF® does not log IP addresses. We do not use third-party visitor tracking cookies such as Google Analytics.

FACEPROOF® may cache low-resolution verification results temporarily for system operation but does not store names, locations, or other personal data.
FACEPROOF®’s AI is designed not to process or store children’s images.
No data is used for advertising or third-party profiling.

The Site uses minimal cookies to maintain functionality.
No third-party analytics or tracking cookies are used.
Cookies are used only for improving your access and experience on the Site.
